Product Description<\/h1><p data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1135\">MusiLaw offers downloadable <strong data-start=\"991\" data-end=\"1039\">music contract templates<\/strong> intended for artists, producers, labels, managers, and music industry professionals.<\/p><p data-start=\"1137\" data-end=\"1330\">These documents are provided in the form of <strong data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1236\">digital files (PDF, Word or equivalent formats)<\/strong> allowing the user to <strong data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1329\">adapt and personalise them according to their specific needs.<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1376\">The templates offered include:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1569\"><li data-section-id=\"krvz47\" data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1405\"><p data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1405\">recording contracts<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"134dc4q\" data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1426\"><p data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1426\">music licenses<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1ohbx16\" data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1462\"><p data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1462\">artist management contracts<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"1yrkrpk\" data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1487\"><p data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1487\">production contracts<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"cby8yb\" data-start=\"1488\" data-end=\"1513\"><p data-start=\"1490\" data-end=\"1513\">performance contracts<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"44twuv\" data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1569\"><p data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1569\">and other agreements used in the music industry.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1694\">These templates constitute <strong data-start=\"1595\" data-end=\"1649\">working tools and contractual examples<\/strong>, intended to be adapted to each situation.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1696\" data-end=\"1699\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"ynbsr1\" data-start=\"1701\" data-end=\"1743\">2. Digital Products and Immediate Access<\/h1><p data-start=\"1745\" data-end=\"1884\">The products sold on MusiLaw are <strong data-start=\"1786\" data-end=\"1846\">digital contents provided immediately after payment<\/strong> by download or online access.<\/p><p data-start=\"1886\" data-end=\"2006\">The buyer acknowledges that access to the documents may be granted <strong data-start=\"1951\" data-end=\"2005\">immediately after order confirmation.<\/strong>.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2008\" data-end=\"2011\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"1e3rwbj\" data-start=\"2013\" data-end=\"2061\">3.
